Kyle E. Goerke is of counsel with Robertson & Williams. His practice focuses in all areas of oil and gas law as well as banking, commercial, probate and real estate law.
Mr. Goerke attended the United States Air Force Academy and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Oklahoma State University. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Oklahoma. He was the recipient of a Senior Service College Fellowship and attended the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in Medford, MA.
Kyle is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, the Cheyenne -Arapaho Tribal Court and The United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
Mr. Goerke is a Brigadier General in the Oklahoma Army National Guard. In his current assignment he serves as the Army National Guard Special Assistant to The Judge Advocate General of the Army. He is a veteran of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom and has been awarded the Bronze Star Medal as well as the Combat Action Badge with Star.
