Chad M. Gallacher is an associate with Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. Joining the firm straight from law school, Mr. Gallacher brings with him valuable experience gained working with the Honorable Daniel A. Barker of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division 1, as a summer extern. Additionally, Mr. Gallacher received training in collection work as part of the in-house-counsel team for one of Berkshire Hathaway’s subsidiary companies based in Omaha, Nebraska. Further, Mr. Gallacher is able effectively to handle the firm’s collection work involving Spanish-speaking homeowners and tenants as he is proficient in Spanish.
Mr. Gallacher received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law. As a law student, he was selected to serve on the Editorial Board of the Creighton Law Review as Student Articles Editor. Mr. Gallacher was also chosen from among sixty third-year students to participate on an elite four-person trial team that represented the University at the Student Trial Advocacy Competition sponsored by the American Association for Justice in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Gallacher received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University where he traveled with the internationally acclaimed Young Ambassadors. Mr. Gallacher is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Arizona, and is also licensed to practice in United States District Court, District of Arizona.
