gh F. Lennon is a litigation partner in the Personal Injury practice group and chair of the Appellate practice group at Robinson & Wood, Inc., and has represented a wide variety of both plaintiffs and defendants since 1976, including insurance companies, attorneys, hospitals, public entities, and real estate brokers and acted as court-appointed special counsel.
Mr. Lennon has handled hundreds of lawsuits at all stages of litigation, from pretrial through appeal, and has tried dozens of jury trials to verdict including such cases that involve casualty liability, insurance coverage/bad faith, professional liability (attorney and real estate agent/broker), hospital liability and public entity liability, hospital liability/medical malpractice cases, landlord eviction liability claims, premises liability and automobile liability cases.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Mr. Lennon received his undergraduate degree in political science at the University of San Francisco in 1970 and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1975, and graduated in the top quarter of his class. He was admitted to practice law in California in 1975 and has practiced at Robinson & Wood, Inc., continuously since 1976 where he is the chair of Robinson & Wood’s educational committee and provides in-house training for associates in litigation related topics.
Furthermore, Mr. Lennon has been a speaker for California Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) on discovery related topics, served as a moot court judge at the University of San Francisco School of Law and has been recognized annually for the last 20 years by Santa Clara Superior Court for volunteer service as a judge pro tem, judicial arbitrator and early neutral evaluator, and has handled more than 125 judicial arbitrations, mediations and early neutral evaluations.
