David W. Clark is the founder and owner of the Law Office of David W. Clark, P.C., in Wheaton, Illinois. As a sole practitioner in the firm, Mr. Clark has extensive knowledge in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation and general civil and small business litigation.
With more than 20 years of legal experience devoted to personal injury law and those who have been injured in the workplace, Mr. Clark is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Illinois, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
He is a Board Member of Administer Justice and works with their Legal Aid Clinic. He is a member of the Federal Trial Bar. He is also a board member of the DuPage County Lawyer Referral program.
Background and Education:
Mr. Clark received his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors with a double major in Speech Communication and English, from Indiana University in 1989.
He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola-University of Chicago School of Law in 1992.
He is very active in the DuPage County Bar Association, and is recent past chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee.
He is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.

Mr. Clark started his legal career working at Munday & Nathan, a prominent personal injury law firm in Chicago, where he was trying cases to verdict after his first year. While there, he also started to practice in the areas of commercial and construction litigation.
In 1996, Mr. Clark joined Peregrine, Stime, Newman, Ritzman & Bruckner, Ltd., concentrating his practice in commercial cases, such as those involving banks, as well as continuing to represent contractors in their construction cases. While at PSNRB, Ltd., Mr. Clark retained his practice in personal injury and workers’ compensation (both Plaintiff and Defense).
Today, Mr. Clark focuses solely on the injured party in his personal injury practice, having obtained several million dollar settlements for injured Plaintiffs.
Hobbies and Interests:
Mr. Clark is a former local Boy Scout Leader and proud member of the Boy Scouts of America, having achieved their highest rank as an Eagle Scout. During his free time, he volunteers his legal talent to Administer Justice and their Legal Aid Clinic each month.
David W. Clark is an active member in Wheaton Bible Church; a church that is heavily involved in the community. He is also an accomplished runner, having completed a marathon in every state. He has also completed an Ironman Triathlon. He tries to keep up with his children in running and cycling races and is a charter member of the 50 States Marathon Club.
